4. Orders and Shipping

4.2 We will send an order confirmation email upon receipt of your order. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
4.3 Acceptance of your order and formation of a contract occur when we send a dispatch confirmation email and receive full payment.
4.4 Our estimated delivery timeframe is 5 to 7 working days from the date of order placement. If we are unable to deliver within 30 days, you have the right to cancel for a full refund.
4.5 The risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 We accept returns and process refunds in accordance with our Returns Policy, which is below.
5.2 Customers have a 14-day right to cancel an order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
5.3 Customers have a 30-day right to reject faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Entire Agreement
11.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Store regarding your use of the Store and purchase of products, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
By using the Store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Returns Policy
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns in the following circumstances:
• Faulty or Misdescribed Items: If the goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you have the right to reject them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.
• Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items in this case.
Returns Procedure

3. Return Instructions: We will respond with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please ensure items are returned in their original condition.
Inspection and Resolution
Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will:
• Inspect the Items: Assess the condition and reason for return.
• Process Refunds or Replacements: If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days or send a replacement, subject to availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to report the issue and request a refund or a replacement. Please contact us at art@catandmonkey.co.uk as soon as possible with your order details and, if applicable, photographic evidence of the issue.
Once we receive your request, we will assess the situation and provide a resolution, such as:

We will cover the cost of returning faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods.
If you change your mind about a purchase, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items in this case.
Disputes and Exceptions
