Because our clothes are made to order, the lead time for delivery is 3 to 5 working days.

All our designs are printed on to the garment using DTG (Direct to Garment).

This method allows the ink to bond with the fabric of the garment, ensuring a long lasting print, as well as rich colours.

DTG is toxic free, vegan and environmentally friendly.

From our research, it appears a lot of people have bought printed clothing from online stores, only to receive absolutely nothing. Or sometimes they get cheap, poorly printed garments and when they complain, nobody gets back to them.

So, although this may seem like an odd thing to have in the FAQs, we wanted to guarantee you that we are real, we won't steal your money and run, and if you're not happy with something, we'll do everything we can to rectify the issue.
